Titan Motorsport ‘Ultimate Pistons’ for Nissan GTR

Titan Motorsports in conjunction with CP Pistons has developed the Titan Ultimate Piston for the Nissan R35 GTR.

Using knowledge gained for over a decade of building the worlds quickest and fastest turbocharged cars, a piston combination was spec’d to ensure maximum performance and reliability for GTR owners looking to go to the next level with their engine builds.

Starting with a stock 95.5mm bore 9.0:1 compression ratio piston the crown and coats both receive ceramic coating to reduce heat and friction. Special attention is also given to the gudgeon pins which are thick wall and feature precision honing for more precise pin clearance.

The pins are lubricated using double pin oilers which deliver twice the volume of oil to the pin - a must for high rpm engines. The pistons feature a machined accumulator groove between the top and second ring to reduce pressure. Titan Ultimate Pistons come with rings, gudgeon pins, pin fitted, and locks. Custom bores and compression ratios are available on a special order basis.
