The Irish Connection

It seems like months since I've managed to find the time to update my blog. Last week the madness began as I boarded a plane to head over to the Emerald Isle for the Bavaria City Race in Dublin.

I decided to trek out a few days before to meet up with the guys from Prodrift and the Zulu tattoo guys.

Took in a quick drift lesson - massive thanks to Graham for hooking this up and Miggy for his tuition from the passenger seat!

Hanging out with Buttsy, will without doubt include many drinks and ink... It wasn't long before both activities took part and the guys from FHM joined us for what would become a Saturday night that would merge into Sunday. 

The city race is an awesome event, it brings the best of motorsport onto the streets and the sounds of fossil fuel burning engines barking around the city streets is nothing short of AWESOME! With such an array of finely tuned metal to see it was a non-stop jaunt from the Monster Energy rig back to the pits.

The Triple Black drift guys smashed it as they ran the wall and put on some crowd pleasing tyre killing moves! 

Terry Grant's epic TVR sounded like canned thunder in the narrow Dublin streets!

Jenson Button just walking into me in the pits! Amazing to be so close to the racing legend!
