Ny-Trex™ Complete Dry Nitrous System for Intercooled Turbo Diesels

Diesel engines are very tunable and respond well to the use of nitrous oxide. Now Ny-Trex has released a complete dry nitrous oxide system for use on any intercooled turbo diesel.

The system lowers the air/fuel charge temperature by injecting super-cooled liquid nitrous oxide into the engine. Nitrous oxide gas also acts as an oxidizer to promote a clean and more complete burn.

The Ny-Trex system has the additional feature of also cooling the intercooler with every purge by spraying liquid nitrous oxide onto the intercooler instead of just venting it to atmosphere. Purging is part of the advised practice to maintain a safe and reliable system. The Cry02sprayer mounted in front of the intercooler sprays the super cooled liquid nitrous oxide directly onto the intercooler core to improve the intercooler’s efficiency.

The Ny-Trex system has been specifically designed for diesel motorsports competition and is a universal fit. The kit includes purge valve, mounting hardware and electrical components. The solenoid comes with a factory  ‘no quibble’ lifetime warranty, Weather Pack wire connectors provide a robust installation and the 1/8” nozzle is capable of handling flows up to 300 hp.
