If Ken Block hasn't already proved he is more than a bit handy behind the wheel of his Subaru, his latest video will no doubt convert you.

Wheels, they're for suckers.

Ken has ditched the traditional round-rollers for sets of tank-styled tracks. Yes, the Impreza now runs on belts of ridged rubber. Block's Impreza was prepared by Vermont Sportscar and the modifications, besides the obvious tracks, include hiking the power from the 2.5-litre turbocharged STI engine to 400-hp, EXE-TC Group N rally dampers to allow the use of tank-tracks, a KAPS 5-speed close ratio dog-box and a MOTEC M800 ECU.

CHeck out this teaser viral shot by the DC team in Utah - can't wait for the real one to air.
