Articulated Bellows Hose

Viper Performance has just released a silicone Articulated Bellows Hose specially designed for areas of heavy vibration, where there is a high level of lateral and compression movement within the engine which would cause other hoses to stress and split quickly.

In these situations the quadruple centre hump convolutions act as a bellow and offers excellent flexibility and vibration absorption.

The bellows is reinforced with 5 steel rings to prevent the hose from "ballooning" under boost or pressure, keeping the shape and integrity under any condition. This makes the hose ideal for  connecting a charge cooler or Intercooler.

The hose is specialty constructed with NOMEX reinforcement and has a high temperature rating  for use up to 250°C.
The hose is supplied as a 300mm (1ft") length with straights either side of the bellows which can be cut down to a shorter length.
