Saturday morning I hit the road early to meet up with Captian so he could get the sample of stickers, from there I hit the road again off to Walter from Envied Customs AKA Extreme Creations as I pulled in there Walter and his wife was already busy she was washing the ST and Walter was busy with the bakkie... busy buys peeps...lol
Walter greeted me and finished off spraying some part of the motor... wanted to take more pic’s of the bakkie progress and spraying but there was so many thing stealing my attention I was overwhelmed...lol but here you can see that the bakkie’s motor is ready to be pulled.
We then had a look at possible ideas for Neo my Hyundai.. Walter and his wife laid some line ideas and we decided to use carbon wrap as that would look best with my cars colour:
Walter then decided the beadings on the side of my car makes it look like an grannies car so without thinking about it twice he ripped it off I went ice ice cold..lol but with only the tape that kept it to the body sitting there you could already see the improvement... then Walter smiled and asked me what am I waiting for someone needs to pull the tape of and clean it and well that lucky person was me..lol So I started to pull the tape off the body without damaging the paint work.... wow did that take me for ages to do and well my fingers are even saw today..lol Walter showed me what technique I should use to do it but my fingers are far too soft for that... so yeah never heard the end of that and guess I will still hear it today..hahaha well it looks so so much better Thx Walt!!!
Before:
After the Walter had his fun:
How sexy she looks now:
While I was busy with that from like 10:30 till 15:10 there was peeps coming and going there was a client with a very yummy Beemer well it is yummy after Walt did his magic on the car and more magic to come:
They were also busy redoing the push start button on the ST, I also got to get a spin in the ST and wow does that car pull and makes one bad ass sound!!!! Here is a quick pic’s of the awesome paint job on the ST. Also a pic of what is still to come for the ST yip that is RS vents.. Still a complete blog to come on the ST.
Also got to see how Walt’s Escort is coming along, also still a complete blog to come of this ride.
Walter also took the time to show me some trick’s of the trade and we had a quick run through on the basics of leading, fibber glassing, carbon fibbering & moulding. When we have more time I hope to get a step by step so we can do complete blogs on the steps of body work. I also got to see a few of Walt’s awesome mixed paints... Man if I had a garage full of all the stuff Walter has I would have a car that has a colour change every week... now I know why the ST has been so many colours.
I just want to thank Walter and his Wife for having me over for the day and for the hospitality it was much appreciated and for Walt for taking the time to show me so much.
Keep your eyes peeled to see what Walt does to Neo in the next few weeks
