It was last Thursday I headed over to Galway in Ireland to check out round two of the P1 SuperStock series. The series is still in its infancy and is generating a lot of interest from petrolheads including myself. This weekend I was lucky enough to get myself out onto the water and get even closer to the racing.

Last Friday I was lucky enough to get invited along to the Fast & Furious 4 Speed Dating event at Silverstone. A day of meeting the Fuel Girls and blasting my car on a circuit was an offer too good to miss.



So, just like at normal speed dating, each girl got three minutes with each guy... But it wasn't over a table in a dank basement bar, the action would take palce in our cars. Not only would we be judged on our best chat-up lines and witty-banter, our rides would also be scored… Continue

As sorted out by our all powerful leader James, cough fixer (more to come on that later! :p) a few of us spent the day at silverstone today taking part in an event called speed dating for 5th gear tv and other media folks to celebrate the launch of the fast and furious 4 dvd.



We got there late to start with as james decides that signs pointing the way are clearly lying! donkey!
