When reading ‘Type 72′, the die hard Formula 1 fans will inevitably think about Lotus most successful F1 car of all time that made furore with twenty Grand Prix wins between 1970 and 1975. To honour these achievements Lotus has released the Exige S Type 72 Special Edition. As the festive season grinds to a halt and the presents that took months to buy get shoved to the back of a draw - we decided to give something back.
Joined by several car clubs, including Petrolhead Nirvana ,the convoy left London's Ace Cafe for a swift jaunt across the Capital. The group of performance cars grabbed attention from commuters at almost every set of traffic lights as the roar and crackle of tuned exhaust broke the normal hum-drum.…
When we mention the words tuning and Japan, most of us think about Wald International or Kreissieg. Recently another and practically unknown Japanese tuner got to our attention, called Runduce. Most of their projects were kept in a small loop, but this Nissan GT-R package might change that soon or latter.
So far there’s only one picture released where we can see that the GT-R got refined with several carbon fiber parts making it much… Continue

It’s official. The maestro is back; but this time he’s in a Mercedes.
Having signed a three year deal with Mercedes GP (formerly Brawn GP), Michael Schumacher will make an F1 comeback after three years on the sidelines.
Following months of speculation, the seven time world champion was quoted by Autosport.com saying: “I am thrilled to be back… Mercedes GP is a team that has won both championships this year, our aim can only… Continue
In the Fueltopia office it's not the sound of angelic voices singing carols or sleigh bells ringing that get our festive boots filled - it's the bark of rallying Porsche GT3's!
This eight-minute video will give you that perfect break from all the festive madness. Cast aside the wrapping paper, mute the TV and crank your speakers up to 11 for a sound that will give you girly… Continue
The One-77 could be described as a Marmite car - you'll love it or hate it - I totally dig the One-77 and have had the pleasure of hearing it fire up. It's like the angry hounds of hell barking through megaphones! Now that bark has been backed up with a serious bite as the car broke the 200mph barrier in testing this week.
As many of us prepare for a few weeks of excess, the VW Dakar team will be far from taking it easy as the 2010 Rally appraches. Next year, VW will be fielding an impressive five race-prepared Touaregs as they look to defend the title secured in 2009 by Giniel de Villiers and Dirk von Zitzewitz.

Yesterday certain parts of the UK were blitzed with snow - excellent. Roads closed, train lines limited and planes halted. As the MR2 was tucked up in the garage I went and made a date with my snowboard and the biggest hill around as it's not every year you get to ride in the UK.
On the journey to our make-shift piste in my friends rickity old van, I clocked so many cars struggling with the weather. Beemers on the side of the road as the drivers spun the wheels - too much gas, no… Continue
Yesterday I went through to my service station / workshop to re-tension the fanbelt on my air-con. So I thought, Cool, now I can go pack and head down to Durbs.
I was wrong as I luckily dicovered a strip of water on the radiator, just under the cap. We wiped it away to see see what the damage is.
A crack of about 6cm long!!
Now this was in Linksfield, I stay 60-70 od km South. By the time I got home it was +/-10cm. So I decided to patch it. drain the water… Continue
