Every last wednesday of the month you can expect to see some of the finest modified cars in North London parked up at the Ace Cafe. This month was no exception and we here at Fueltopia decided to head down and check out what exactly goes on.
This month the event was joined by Urban Conference, a drum and bass night that use five linked cars to boost the in-house PA system. The car park was jumping as the bass rippled across the city landscape at ricter-scale six - like a tidal wave… Continue
Our friends from World Car Fans have received a video of the Ferrari F450 Mule. Video shows the car taking laps on Ferrari’s own racing track and heading back to the factory. Nothing is sure that this moment. All the information available is speculative and we are waiting for the introduction at IAA Motor show in September.
The rear wheel drive F450 will get a 500hp 4.5 liter V8, mated to the California’s double-clutch gearbox. The power output will top the F430 Scuderia’s 520hp,… Continue

THE Vauxhall Ampera — the car set to revolutionise motoring — will make its first appearance in the UK in just eight weeks.
The electric car, likely to be the first mass-produced plug-in car, is set to go on sale in 2012.
Its debut on these shores will also accelerate plans for the infrastructure for electric motoring all over the UK — and ScottishPower are the firm behind this crucial part of the future.
The new Apex Jaguar XKRS is currently running through final testing in preparation for the first race in the GT3 European Championship at Silverstone on 2nd May.
The new-look supercharged Jaguar, in striking Kyanite Blue, recently tested at a wet Donington with driver Johnny Mowlem, then again at Snetterton where it impressed the team with its improved performance and handling.
The new 4.2 litre supercharged V8 Jaguar will be up against some fierce… Continue

Ferrari has created a new 'technological laboratory' for a select group of 599 enthusiasts, called the 599XX.
The 599XX incorporates the most advanced technologies resulting from Ferrari's road-going and F1 research. Many of the technological solutions it carries are being used for the first time and have been developed exclusively for this special car.
A limited number of places and cars will be available, with the vehicles only used at private track… Continue
What do you do when you are at the start of a racing event, overly confident, and try to show off? You just lose control and crash your precious Lamborghini Diablo into a parked… Continue
Have you ever seen a Gallardo pull a wheelie? Neither had we until the guys over at 6speedonline posted this picture. The car has so much power that the two front wheels left the ground under heavy acceleration at a drag event.
Sculptor Bob Causey went and built himself a replica of the Batmobile from Batman Forever. That's all the information I have except it drives and has a complete interior. Also, Batman Forever came out in 1995. So remember kids: never give up on your dreams, it's better 14 years late than never. Or is it? It isn't. I would have turned that shit into a hotdog cart by '98.

I was hawking on one of my fav blog spots the Ku cars and I found this sick Lexus from last weekends JTuner meet. It was at our Fueltopia meet that Goty from GTC brought down his and we spoke about how these cars really haven't been taken on that much by the European people. Why not?
Looking at this turbo'd Lexus is almost making me drool - I think i've found my next project car to stand out from the crowd.…
A slipping clutch is a right royal pain in the arse.
At the first round of the Pro Street Drag series the timing tower may have well used a sun-dial on my runs rather than the time trap. Ok, things wern't that bad, but my times took a bashing as the revs pinged round into the red as the old worn out clutch slipped as the power was put down through the good foot.
There was no point in going for a standard replacement, I needed something that was going to cut the mustard of… Continue
If you can’t afford a Lamborghini Reventon, what’s the next best thing? Obviously not this abomination build by Super Replicas. On the companies website they state that each ‘clone’ would be built to order… perhaps the owner wanted an ugly car?
We don’t know what’s under the boot, quite frankly we don’t care! Hopefully we’ll never see the car again!! Heres the video
Jump in the hot-seat with Samuel Hubinette, two time Formula Drift Champion, in this slick video trailer.
I'm loving the punk sound track with the car action and the addition of stuntin' snowmobiles is awesome! If you like your video content sideways, loud, and smoking then crank up that dial to 10 and enjoy.…
Going back a few years, I had the chance to go on a high performance drivers day...
We met at a pub in the depths of Oxfordshire, there were Catherams, expensive Mercs, Alpina BMWs, A VTEC Mini, Abbys Civic Type R (my stead for the day) and a large selection of fast cars.
We had talks on corners and speed limits and all that boring class room stuff, after stuffing biscuits and tea down our necks we went out one on one with those who teach people "Avoidance Training"… Continue
This is what im going to build as my next ,mk1 cortina with an sr20det out of a 200sx,why a nissan engine ,because most people use cosworth lumps and i want something different and also i know the nissans inside out anyway heres a quick vid and website link…
Having signed up to the Pro Street Drag series its been made quite clear that I've got to up-my-game in the power department. Seeing as I've not suddenly hit the lottery jackpot and with the Wonga being tighter than Latvian U bend - I was left thinking, what could I buy on a budget that would give me a noticiable bhp hike?
The answer came from a phonecall from Matt, the head dude at S2RS, as he told me he was selling his Wizards of Nos nitrous kit. Micro-seconds passed and "yes, I'll… Continue
