welcome to the site mate. The best person to talk to is project and adi. Project has several evo builds going on now and adi has a secret build on the go too.
Depends on your budget and spec, there are a few tuners who can help you out but 700bhp isn't off the shelf!
hi mate well budget hmm looking around 10 or 15 thousand i know its not off the shelf ofcourse theres gone be qiute abit special parts.

Welcome to the site mate,

I will have a word with my aunts brother, Patrick, as he has a evo VII with 650whp still with a 2.0l capacity. i will get his spec list for you.

He has spent a serious amount of money on it though, the engine is built to take 1000hp.

Is your budget just for the engine or have you thought about suspension and brakes etc?
So you mean your uncle?

hi mate thanks i would be gratefull if you could get his list. i havent realy thought of the breaks and suspension i thought just engine parts would be enought and the rest of the parts would be able to handle 650bhp atleast, dont forget the evo vii was not manufactured 400bhp it was probly just over 250bhp so therefore i dont think i would need changing other parts probly start of with turbo ,manifold, clutch thats for sure , cam pulleys, timming belt tensioners, maybe the gear box, fuel injectors, roll cage and probly some other pieces that i cant think for now.

well no i mean my aunts brother, if he was my uncle he would be married to his sister! lol

i am waiting on him to send it over dude.

personally id want to change it all to be safe. the brembos that were on my GTR are the same as the evo if i remember correctly and no way could that haul my car up from speed quick enough. I know the evo is lighter but would probably look in to it.

short list:
block bore and hone
pistons
rods
bearings
head bolts
rod bolts
bottom end balance
cams
cam gears
valves

turbo
manifold
intake
intercooler + piping
radiator?

fuel pump
injectors

clutch
flywheel

ecu + mapping

general gist, am not an evo person but those are just universal parts for a build of that level, valves etc may not be necessary but if youre going to do it do it properly :)

im buying his old GT30 for my civic woooo

10-15 Thou is possible althou not a great budget as you can pay that for an Engine with no Turbo or ECU.  i think you should Aim for 500-550 shake out all the niggles then push it further.  For a Pump fuel build over 650 you will need something like a GTX42 a FP3586 HTA will cost you 5000 for the Kit and will see 650 on Pump at around 2- 2.2 bar .. Vipec ECU is around 1100 fitted so as you can see thats a huge part of a budget gone and you will need brakes and Sus to take on that power.  Depending on what on what you will use it for you will need a Nice fuel system in place. maybe a twin bosh 44 and swirl pot or a Aeromotive . If you need any info then drop me a message
